About our office closing

We would like to thank all of our patients and staff for being a part of Harmony Health Medical over the past 5 years. It has been our great privilege to care for you and your families.

In May, we made the difficult, but personal, decision to stop offering clinical mental health services. We gave notice to our patients and our staff in early May that we would stop clinical operations on May 29, 2025. The notice asked our patients to find new providers before August 31, 2025.

What happens on August 31, 2025?

On August 31, 2025, we will be shutting down all clinical support systems. The contracts for Electronic Medical Records software will end. This includes our electronic prescription system AND our patient portal. All of these systems will go dark on that day.

After August 31, 2025, we will no longer be able to submit any prescription refill request, and you will NOT be able to access the patient portal.

What about paying my bill or getting records?

For those who still have outstanding balances and/or unprocessed claims will be able to settle your account via mailed check or calling into our main phone line. We will have a credit card system available after August 31.

We will maintain operational support for records request indefinitely. You can request a copy of your records for personal use or have us send them to your mental health provider.
